Yo­han Cabaye pro­duced the on­ly goal of the ga­me when he re­ceived the ball in­side the pen­alty area from fel­low mid­field man Moussa Sis­soko and for­ced it pa­st Man­chester Uni­ted goal­keeper Da­vid de Gea and in­to the net in the 60th min­ute of play. Af­ter los­ing 1-0 to The Mag­pies, Da­vid Moyes´s men had now suf­fered two con­sec­ut­ive de­feats at ho­me.
