Yohan Cabaye produced the only goal of the game when he received the ball inside the penalty area from fellow midfield man Moussa Sissoko and forced it past Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea and into the net in the 60th minute of play. After losing 1-0 to The Magpies, David Moyes´s men had now suffered two consecutive defeats at home.
