Adnan Januzaj, born Brussels, Belgium, February 5, 1995. Adnan Januzaj was born in the European Union capital of Brussels to Kosovar-Albanian parents. An athletic and competitive midfield playmaker, he appeared for the Anderlecht Youth Team before he left the Pro League club to team up with Manchester United at the back end of the 2011-12 season.
Adnan Januzaj was given his competitive debut for Manchester United by Sir Alex Ferguson when he took the field as a late second half replacement for Dutch striker Robin van Persie in a 2-0 triumph over Wigan Athletic at Wembley Stadium in the FA Community Shield on the 11th of August 2013. He made his first Premier League appearance in a 2-0 victory against Crystal Palace at Old Trafford on the 14th of September the same year and scored a brace in a 2-1 Premiership win against Sunderland at The Stadium of Light on the 5th of the following month. After being loaned out to Borussia Dortmund and Sunderland, he signed with Spanish La Liga side Real Sociedad at the start of the 2017-18 season. Internationally, Januzaj debuted for Belgium as a second half replacement for Chelsea winger Eden Hazard in a 1–0 friendly triumph against Tunisia at the King Baudouin Stadium in Brussels on the 7th of June 2014.
