Reading 1 Manchester U 1
Reading 1 Manchester United 1, Madejski Stadium, English Premier League Fixture, September 23, 2006. Manchester United encountered more problems than expected against Premier League newcomers Reading. Kevin Doyle gave The Royals the lead from the spot early in the second period, but a late goal from Cristiano Ronaldo rescued a draw for United.
