Javier Hernandez managed to equalise for Manchester United when he converted a fine cross from Dutch defender Alexander Buttner four minutes later in the FA Cup Third Round encounter, but The Swans had the last laugh as former Sparta Prague and Vitesse striker Wilfried Bony struck the winning goal in the 90th minute of the clash to give the Welshmen an unexpected 2-1 victory over The Reds. To top it all, Rio Ferdinand was injured during the contest, while his replacement Fabio da Silva was handed the red card.
