The away vic­tory ag­ainst New­castle Uni­ted saw Man­chester Uni­ted re­main top of the Di­vi­sion One ta­ble wi­th four­teen points gain­ed from eight mat­ches, one point in front of The Wed­nesday in sec­ond po­s­i­tion.
