In their next pre-season game, Manchester United would meet The Australian League All-Stars at Stadium Australia in Sydney. David Moyes: “If I am going to lose any games these are the ones to lose. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t like losing games, but in relative terms it is not of the biggest importance at this stage of the season. It was not a brilliant result and I am a bit disappointed we didn’t something out of the game, but at least we got a good fitness workout and we gave some young players a run out.” Manchester United Team: Ben Amos, Fabio da Silva, Alex Buttner, Rio Ferdinand, Jonny Evans, Ryan Giggs, Tom Cleverley, Michael Carrick, Oliveira Anderson, Adnan Januzaj, Danny Welbeck.
